This Refund Policy applies to all paid features across products operated by TUKANA LLC.
Digital products
Most TUKANA paid features are digital reports unlocked on your account immediately after purchase. Because the content is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are generally final.
Exceptions
- Duplicate charges or technical failure. If you were charged but did not receive access, write to hello@tukana.com within 30 days for a full refund.
- Unauthorized purchases. If your account was used without your authorization, contact hello@tukana.com.
How to request a refund
Email hello@tukana.com from the email address associated with your account. Include the date of purchase and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 5 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We can almost always resolve issues directly and faster than your card network.
